At MildDwell (operated by LPS INDUSTRIES LLC), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your T-shirts or yoga wear, we are here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully below.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Apparel & Yoga Wear

To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following hygienic and quality conditions:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in their original, unused condition with no signs of wear, sweat, makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, or pet hair.

  • Original Tags & Packaging: All original product tags, sanitary liners (where applicable for yoga/activewear), and original packaging must remain attached and intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.

Hygienic Notice: Due to health and hygiene standards, any yoga wear or activewear that shows signs of being worn during workouts, washed, or altered will not be eligible for a refund or return.

3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional gift items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items damaged through improper care, washing, or normal wear and tear.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to mhtem@allowel.pro with your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged or defective, please attach clear photos.

  2. Receive Instructions: Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return authorization details and instructions.

  3. Pack & Ship: Securely package the item in its original condition and mail it to our designated facility:

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect size/item or a defective product due to our error, LPS INDUSTRIES LLC will cover all return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.

  • Customer Preference / Size Exchange: If you are returning or exchanging an item due to personal preference, fit issues, or ordering the wrong size, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refund Process & Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Upon approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Processing Delays: Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional business days for the credit to officially post to your account statement.
